The broad belt top sanders DCST consists of two sanding units:
I - contact roll
II - combi arrangement ( contact roll plus air cushion), with dust exhausters and belt-cleaning mechanisms.
The sander has high capacity and precision sanding possibilities. Depending on paper granulation used, thickness and clamp force adjustment of the sanding units, the machine can perform trimming smoothing as well as rough and finishing operations. Sanding of panels, monolithic pieces of wood, joinery, plywood etc. is done with with simultaneous brushcleaning (or with glazing with use of special brush).
The broad belt top sander is widely used first of all in furniture factories, joinery works, veener panel and plywood works.
